Basic List of Medications:

• Birth Control Pills (local pharmacy)
• Z-pak (local pharmacy)
• Zofran (local pharmacy)
• Methlprednisolone (local pharmacy)
• Vicodin (local pharmacy)
• Lowdose ASA (aspirin-local pharmacy, left over from IVF #1)
• Menopur (donated)
• 1 multi dose vial of Microdose Lupron 
• Ovidrel (success meds overnight pharmacy)
• Follistim (donated)
• Endometrin/Crinone (donated)
• Vitiamins and Supplements: (local pharmacy)
• Co Q-10: 200mg
• DHEA: 50mg
• D3: 2000mg 

Medication Break Down by Day:
2 weeks of Birth Control Pills; I am counting day 1 of IVF cycle as the baseline u/s day as I did last time.

Morning Injection: 
1 vial of menopur, 20 units of Multi-Dose Lupron, 150 IU of Follistim

Evening Injections:
150 IU of Follistim
20 units of Multi-Dose Lupron

(Jan 4th, 2013 is Day 1)
Day 1:  Baseline u/s, small cyst but E2 was 52 so good to go.
Day 2:

Day 4:  Last day of BCPs

Day 6:
Day 7: Begin injections, 1 mixed dose in the morning and 2 separate shots in the PM.  See above for dosages. 
Day 8:  3 shots
Day 9:  3 shots
Day 10:  3 shots
Day 11:  3 shots
Day 12:  3 shots
Day 13:  3 shots; u/s #2
Day 14:  3 shots
Day 15:  3 shots; u/s #3
Day 16:  usual morning dosage, headed to u/s#4; afternoon shot of 225 IU follistim and then 2 ovidrel shots at 9pm.  TRIGGER TIME, 2 pills from z-pak
Day 17:  break day, 1 pill from z-pak
Day 18:  9am Egg Retrieval, z-pak, pain meds and zofran
