Beta 2

738 (is this for real?). I am sad I know I should be more excited and I am happy, but...

Ultrasound scheduled for July 1st.

I really am just floating along. There are these moments of joy and then moments of the opposite. I pray for healthy. Everyone prays for a girl. I just want my family to be complete. To allow myself to move to the next stage of life. To have my last baby and be ok with that. I look at the little faces of my 2 boys and I just know I could love another child just as much as those 2.

I know the due date is in February, but I have avoided calculating a specific date.

Beta day

My stack of POAS tests to try and make this seem real:

Beta is: 315
Prog is: 21

Nurse's words very pregnant. I can't celebrate till after we are out of first trimester.

Day after transfer

Sick. Oh so sick.

Must have caught the stomach bug from the kids friends.

24 hours after transfer I was puking and then 48 hours of high 102 temps and hot and cold chills.

Maybe this was God's way of making me stay in bed.

6 days after 6 day old embie transfer

Was not expecting that to happen...shocked and no more drinking on the beach trip!

Transfer

Monitoring appointment Number 2 went great. Lining was nice and thick and they said progesterone was perfect. I continued my estrogen pills and added in the dreaded PIO shots. Progesterogen in oil.  We heat it up in the heating pad then Chris draws it up while I find funny you tube videos to distract me.  The shots are not as bad as I thought they would be, but do leave bruises and sore muscles.

Before we knew it June 4th was here and thankfully my sister works down the road and played with the boys while we did the quick transfer.

Our lone embie looked great and thawed out nicely plumping back up.

This is where frostie lived for almost 2 years at the end of that tiny tube inside a needle!

Here is mommy and daddy oh so hopeful.
Headed home to rest!
